Donation Guidelines

We gratefully accept your donations of new and gently used art and craft supplies. 

All items should be usable as is. We humbly request that you do not donate soiled and broken items.

We are a small, owner operated shop without the resources to remediate and repair broken, moldy, hairy, smelly, or dirty items.  

If you’re not sure about a donation, please ask.

Sewing notions & kits, old jars (clean with no labels), old tins without rust, craft books, wooden thread spools, dictionaries, sheet music, paper & ephemera such as receipts, notepads, memo pads, order forms, agendas, accounting grids, card catalog cards & checkout cards, maps, postcards, letters, stationery kits, pads, & cards, old b&w photos, etc. Please ask first if you have a large quantity of these items to donate. No yearbooks or modern magazines like National Geographic, People, or Time.


We accept donations of materials, books & tools including, but not limited to: basketry, leather working, candle-making, soap-making, wood carving, pottery, ceramics, and probably every other craft you can think of – just ask!
